John has over 31 years of surveying and engineering experience. John is responsible for property line determinations, deed reviews, research and field/plan calculations as well as design and plan preparation for residential, commercial, municipal and utility projects. John’s experience includes: ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Land Court Plans, Definitive Plans, Site Plans, Boundary Plans, As Built Plans, Construction Layout, Topographic Plans and Condo Plans.
John holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Lowell. John is also a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Massachusetts, and is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors & Civil Engineers (MALSCE) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).
