Office Manager

Kaitlin joined the Williams & Sparages team in 2015. Her hard working, dedicated, ready to take on any task attitude is what makes her thrive as the Office Manager – Human Resources Facilitator here at W&S. She is personable with proven communication skills and maintains professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm with all of our staff and clientele. Kaitlin is a take charge person, with good critical thinking skills, who is reliable, organized, able to multitask, deliver and provide sound and effective judgement in stressful situations. Her attention to detail and dependability help ensure smooth day to day operations in the office.

Kaitlin assists with project organization, permit applications, project submittals, abutter notification, legal advertisements, communication with clients, coordination with municipal officials, scheduling, human resources & employee benefits.

In her free time, Kaitlin can be found by the baseball field cheering her son on or at school parent guild meetings where she holds the Presidents role.
