Joseph has been with Williams & Sparages since 2012. Prior to becoming a full time employee, he worked during school breaks on our survey field crews and assisted the office staff on various projects. Since 2012, Joseph has worked on projects of various sizes and scope in multiple areas of Civil Engineering and Planning, including Septic System Design, Drainage Design, Environmental Permitting, Zoning Analyses and Commercial and Residential Site Design. His experience working in the field combined with his exposure to a wide range of design projects allows Joseph to fill multiple roles here at Williams & Sparages.
Joseph holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Rhode Island. He is a registered professional engineer and a certified soil evaluator in Massachusetts.
