Troy is a skilled and versatile Civil Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. At Williams and Sparages, he specializes in a wide range of civil engineering and survey services, including deed research, plot plans, septic system designs, topographic and as-built plans, stormwater system designs, and drainage analysis. With a passion for professional growth, Troy is currently working towards additional certifications to further expand his expertise.
Outside of work, Troy enjoys spending his free time on the golf course or exploring the outdoors through hiking.
