Mike joined the Williams & Sparages team in 2011 as the Survey Crew Chief and quickly proved himself to be a valuable asset to the team. He ran the field crews daily project operations for the past 12 years and has seamlessly progressed into the Director of Field Operations role. Mike is responsible for Project Proposals, Project Scheduling and Planning, Deed Research and Review, Field and Plan Calculations and Field Crew Worksheets as well as overseeing all of the Field Crew Teams.
In his free time, Mike can be found coaching the Wakefield Warriors HS Wrestling Team.
